What People Say

Most Liked

The standout here is the coffee; many patrons rave about the hazelnut soy milk latte, claiming it to be the best they've tasted. The ice cream selections often steal the show as well, with favorites like cotton candy and peach coming highly recommended. People appreciate the friendly staff, who provide a welcoming experience even if you arrive just before closing. The casual atmosphere, complemented by a vibrant playlist, sets the tone for a relaxed visit. Plus, the ability to enjoy delicious food and exquisite milkshakes after a walk in the local park adds to the joy of dining at The Cozy Cow.

Most Disliked

Some guests find the indoor space slightly cramped, especially during peak times on Fridays when the crowd can reach full capacity. A few reviews mention that the ice cream scoops could be larger, as some felt the portions were a bit skimpy for the price. There’s also feedback about counter service during busy hours, which occasionally slows down, impacting the overall experience. Although Wi-Fi is provided, during rush hours, it can be hard to find a table if you’re simply stopping by for a seat to work. Even with minor critiques, the friendly service and delicious offerings keep people coming back.

Best hazelnut soy milk latte I’ve ever had - and I’m a coffee shop seeker everywhere I go. It was so creamy and so flavorful, just the right temperature, and sweet! Nice folk and a really cute spot!

My family and I have attempted to visit The Cozy Cow whenever we walk around downtown, but we always miss their open business hours. But not today! We walked in, (only because the open sign was on), and discovered that they closed in 8 minutes! They ladies were super friendly and graciously helped us and we’re so grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service! We had a custom banana split (cotton candy and peach ice cream), peach ice cream and buttered crunch ice cream. Each flavor was delicious and great quality! We will definitely be back when they’re open and operating so that we can get the full Cozy Cow experience!

First time in this cute little shop! Cozy Cow was the cutest place, great atmosphere! I got a large white chocolate hot coffee and my son got 2 scoops of the mint ice cream. I think the scoops were a little small, skimpy for two scoops, but he liked it. I love my coffee, drank it fast it was so good. Decent size. Paid $15 for both of those items.

I love coming here with my girls. The food is very good and affordable. Two hamburgers, a fountain drink, and a medium coffee is 25$. My girls love their ice cream and smoothies. This place is perfectly placed for our days in the park. Service is always great and workers are nice. It is a little crammed inside, that is the only con though.

What a sweet little coffee shop. It's located right in the heart of downtown behind the children's museum. There are only a few tables but we were able to score one for my chicken and berry salad and my daughter's side of mac and cheese. Both items were really tasty and fresh. They have a great selection of coffee, alternative milks (almond, oat, soy, etc. ) and tons of sugar free syrups. For dessert my daughter had a little cup of ice cream with sprinkles. I had a very generous slice of cinnamon roll bread pudding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.
